Subjects for 2024 BECE

The minister of education, Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum, has debunked the media speculation that subjects for the Basic Education Certificate Examination has been reduced to five.

He said the subjects remain the same; they are not changing the number of subjects contrary to what's being discussed in the media space. The minister made this known at a media briefing to update the public on the education sector.

Thus, the 2024 BECE Candidates are going to sit for 8 subjects.
